Muscle Cell was built on a simple belief: the people who push themselves the hardest should have access to food that pushes back—with strength, purpose, and real nutrition.

The idea came from firsthand experience. Fernando Arceo, a Marine Corps veteran and first responder, spent years working long, unpredictable shifts—often with no time to cook and limited access to healthy meals. He saw how hard it was for people who give their all every day to also take care of themselves. And he knew there had to be a better way.

With a background in health science and a love for cooking, Fernando set out to create that solution. Muscle Cell was born to serve those who serve others—first responders, healthcare workers, parents, professionals, and anyone trying to stay strong in the middle of a busy life.

We’re particular about what makes it on our menu. Every dish must be adaptable to be high in protein, rich in nutrients, and packed with flavor. If a meal can’t be made healthier without sacrificing taste, it doesn’t make the cut. Simple as that.
